Order Claims

Procedure for reporting any order claims.

Order claims include any breakages, leakages, missing items or other damages to the order you have received.

All order claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please submit an order claim below outlining what has happened and your invoice number. All order claims require photos to be processed.

The procedure for reporting any order claims must include photos of:

  • The box the items were received in.
  • The item in original packaging/ wrapping.
  • Full details of the product/s if unrecognisable.
  • The invoice received with your order.

All order claims will be assessed and if it is deemed the responsibility of Simply Candle Supplies or any of our Shipping carriers, Simply Candle Supplies will issue a credit to your account to be redeemed on your next purchase.

No replacement Glassware will be sent.

No Claims will be honoured if the order has been sent to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.
