IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19

At Simply Candle Supplies, we take the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff seriously.
In response to the recent Covid-19 outbreak and in line with government recommendations in order to prevent the spread we will be making some temporary adjustments to how we operate our business.
Our business will still be open, and servicing the needs of our Customers throughout this time - this will be in line with relevant freight and courier companies.
- All orders MUST now be placed ONLINE - this is whether or not delivery or pick up is selected - there will be NO opportunity to browse in store
- All PICK UP orders will be packed and ready for collection however once your order is placed - please contact us by email or phone to arrange a pick up time - please DO NOT arrive to collect your order if you have not arranged a time. To avoid person to person contact - your order will be placed outside our doors at your scheduled time for you to collect
- Effective Monday 23rd March 2020, our doors will be closed to customers to avoid any person to person contact and protect the health and safety of our staff.
