Christmas is just around the corner, and after a crazy year we all need some joy in our lives.
In order to ensure that you receive your deliveries in time for Christmas Day, please ensure your order is placed and paid for by no later than the below dates:
Standard post: Monday 7th December 2020
Express post: Monday 14th December 2020
Please note, SCS cannot hold responsibility for parcels once they have left our warehouse, all responsibility bears with the couriers. These time frames are set by the couriers and are not determined by SCS and therefore, SCS cannot guarantee or be held to these time frames. To ensure delivery in time for when you need it, it is always best to place your order well in advance to avoid any disruptions.
With the current situation, there are millions of parcels travelling around the country each and every day with all couriers and they are working tirelessly to get their parcels to each and every receiver in a timely manner. Please bear with us, and bear with them as we navigate this difficult situation together. We understand it can be frustrating when parcels take longer to get to you than they should, or mysteriously go missing however our staff are here to help, and are not here to be abused. Abuse to any SCS staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
If you have any issues, or concerns regarding delivery of parcels, or parcels which may be taking longer than usual, please have your tracking number available and contact Australia Post, Aramex or TNT for a speedier resolution.
