With another year almost drawn to a close, we reflect on the year that was, and in some instances the new normal settling into our day to day life. Through talks of waves, extra diligence and the other extreme of relaxed guidelines, 2022 has seen our lives change in many ways. We have a new understanding of the lifestyle we hope to lead, and we have seen a drastic shift towards high quality living, value for money and responsible purchasing with people buying with their hearts, minds and conscious.
At the top of many people's "must have" list are products that are purchased which have an ethical and responsible background as far as sourcing, making and delivering high quality pieces. This is extremely encouraging news for all artisan makers in the wellbeing space. As many of you know through social media, your customers want to know the story behind the product, the inspiration and to put a face to the name of your brand.
We have seen you adapt, step out of your comfort zones and blow your own trumpets to see your small businesses thrive. A lot of you have started with the face to the name with word of mouth being your gold dust in self marketing. It is encouraging to see so many of you are supported by loved ones, work colleagues and peers, with your craft and care being undoubtably appreciated.
We understand that there is a lot of pressure to deliver on the high expectations of customers. We hope that our supply of all things candle, diffuser, room spray, perfume and soap related products have made your ability to meet those demands an easy process.
There are many things that challenge us to think outside the box on what may prove cost effective, less complicated and time saving while maintaining high quality. We know that our new additions of silicone moulds, pillar soy, pillar wicks, wooden wicks, perfume base, pump bottles and a variety of extra special glassware and Christmas accessories have made many of your collections stand out from the crowd.
Between our support of local Australian business for where we source our fragrances, soaps, bottles and packaging, our Pride Jar has been a standout moment for us in our continued support for the Wear It Purple charitable organisation. It is important for us to make sure we're giving back to the community and encouraging diversity in everyone's collections while advocating for the support of Australian made pieces.
We know that our customers appreciate transparency and we are happy to share with you that our range will continue to grow and expand in the new year with glassware, fragrances and body products all on the cards. As a proud, family owned business we wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We hope to see your businesses flourish and develop as the world moves onto a whole new level of self-care and wellbeing focused pathways.
