Please choose carefully refunds and exchanges will not be given for change of mind purchases - all sales are final.
In line with your statutory rights outlined in Australian Consumer Law, if a product is:
- unfit for use
- significantly different from a sample or description
- broken or faulty
or meets any of the criteria outlined within the Australian Consumer Laws right to return within a reasonable timeframe, an exchange will be offered to you. If the product is unavailable at the time, a refund or credit note will be issued, or an exchange to another product.
It is at our sole discretion to determine what is, and what is not a reasonable timeframe, based on each individual product. As soon as the issue is noticed, the team at SCS must be notified. All products must be returned undamaged and in safe return packaging within 3 days.
Please note, all returns will incur a 10% restocking fee, except for faulty items.
In case of a "change of mind claim or, its not the same as other companies" there are some items that are inelligible for return. Due to Hygiene and control purposes we do not accept returns on:
NB: If there is a problem with your wax heater, please let us know as soon as the issue occurs so that we can arrange a replacement, or fix the problem.
